WESTERN WEAR IS ALWAYS IN STYLE and applies to a wide range of attire you probably already own! Western doesn’t have to be too casual – by accessorizing your best pair of jeans, jacket or dress with some key pieces you can look perfectly polished with true Calgarian style. Classic western wear usually includes one or more of the following items: cowboy boots, a plaid, gingham or denim shirt, a large belt buckle, and a cowboy hat (will be provided for you at event). Typical Western fabrics and textures to look for are leather, suede, snakeskin, denim, plaid, gingham, and corduroy.
Last year’s sold-out event brought together people from across the country for an evening of great food, great company and good old Western hospitality, while starting some great conversations about leading Canada’s transition to a clean energy future.
